Forgive us for not posting for a while, the pencils at Canu have been flat out on some lovely projects for our clients. We will post some details soon.
Another trip yesterday to Museum of Brands, Packaging and Advertising to get inspiration for our latest project for our friends at Rude Health. As always, this design aladins cave impresses with its sheer range of material. Imagine our shock on discovering the exhibition only covers 2% of Mr Opie’s collection!

We have been appointed by Richmond Borough Education and Children’s Services Department to design and produce their statutory admissions publications for entry to schools in the borough. A complex brief as a large quantity of information is required to be delivered within a tightly considered design framework developed to meet all users requirements.
Return to our blog soon, to see the elements as we develop them.

Canu has created the identity for Life Activation, a unique lifestyle proposition based in London. The symbol subtly illustrates the nature and proposition through a hand radiating outwards – Life Activation works on feeling what your body needs.
The website is due to go live mid March 2009.

We have been slaving over our cereal bowls again working on the latest product for our friends at Rude Health.
Are you a morning person? If you are, this is the muesli for you.
And if you’re not, then a bowl of EARLY BIRD could turn you
into one. We took our famous muesli base then added toasted
OAT and SPELT FLAKES to give it a light, crispy crunch. (As
all rudely healthy people know, spelt is an ancient cereal which kept
our ancestors perky.) The roasted HAZELNUTS add to the light,
toasty flavour, while the SEEDS and FRUIT give you something
interesting to get your tongue around… After a bowlful of EARLY
BIRD, you’ll be ready to climb a tree, flap your arms and fly to work.

According to those that know today is the most depressing day of the year.
So here are our five top suggestions to improve your day…
1. Dance like maniacs around your office to your favourite tune PLAYED VERY LOUD!
2. Enjoy a huge bowl of Rude Health porridge (our new pack design will be in Waitrose from February
3. Book tickets to see a play/musical etc. Our friends at WhatsonStage.com say Oliver! is superb, we have just booked to see Spring Awakening at the Lyric Hammersmith (0871 221 1722) from 3 to 28 February, following previews.
4. Alternatively book to see Stop Messing About, a Kenneth Williams Extravaganza at The Rose Theatre, Kingston
5. Enjoy some fabulous chinese tea from Tea Orient we love the Orient Beauty with silver needle white tea and a subtle jasmine flavour
